2018 , Where it all began
WCS was born in 2018 out of a side hustle; a maternity leave distraction that started as a hobby. As I navigated the precious early days of motherhood, I knew my identity had shifted – for the better.
I was no longer Chelsea, a corporate professional working in the financial sector. I was Chelsea, a new mum reevaluating my priorities, goals, and ambitions in life.
Those sleepless newborn nights gave me valuable thinking time. How do I recover my identity, outside of being a mum? What am I passionate about? How do I work in harmony with my skills and interests?
So, I did what any soul-searching millennial on the cusp of a quarter-life transformation would do. I started a blog

Chelsea has paved the way for the future of WCS and leads by example, taking time to nurture individual strengths to create quite the dream team of strong-minded, savvy marketers. With a penchant for branding, marketing strategy, and PR, Chelsea has masterminded countless client campaigns that have made WCS the award-winning agency it is today.
When she’s not overseeing the team and liaising with clients, Chelsea is making memories with her family and friends…preferably in a great restaurant with a glass of Champagne in hand.

When she’s not calculating return on investment, ranking keywords, or filming binge-worthy reels, Katie can be found surfing or lapping up a sunrise!
Unapologetically ambitious with a steadfast commitment to professional development, Katie has undertaken an ILM course in Leadership and Management at WCS.

With her sharp eye for detailed KPI analysis and trending social content, Ellie has quickly become an invaluable member of our team. She is a true expert when it comes to creating strategic marketing plans that drive results for our clients.
When she’s not knee deep in reports or shooting content, you can find her shopping the latest designer trends or munching on a lion bar!
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
“Invisibility, because I’d never have to wait in line for anything ever again!”

“Carmex, Suncream (ginger girl problems) & Coke Zero”
Your favourite part of the job?
“I love all things strategy! Formulating new strategies, improving strategies, researching new tips to improve strategy – especially on TikTok! And content days are really fun too.”
What are you excited to work on at WCS?
“I’m excited to start working with new interns coming over the next few months! Having started my career in marketing as an intern I know how valuable experience is and so I’m looking forward to helping aspiring marketers pave the way for their future careers. “

“John Lewis – specifically for their Christmas Advert! And as a diehard fashion girly, any designer fashion brand preferably Fendi or Jacquemus!”

She has an incredible eye for influencer talent and a knack for creating engaging campaigns that captivate audiences. Her ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions has helped many of our clients achieve success in their respective industries.

“Flight! Traffic, petrol prices and public transport are a headache! Plus, I’m always late to everything, so this would definitely help.”

“I love a good content day! Seeing visions come to life, spending time with the clients and experiencing them doing what they do best!”

Meet Renee! A social media aficionado with a deep understanding of the latest trends and features of various platforms, particularly TikTok. She stays on top of the most recent viral challenges and knows how to craft engaging and entertaining content that resonates with audiences.
When she’s not trend-setting and smashing strategy plans she can be found with our very own office mascot, Finn, her four-legged friend and French Bulldog.
“Teleportation. Being able to travel to Bali and back without having to worry about money, flights and the time of travel is my idea of heaven. I’d end up teleporting there every weekend. “
If you were stranded on a desert island and could only have three items, what would they be?
“My Frenchie Finneas, SPF (obvs), and contact lenses because I am blind.”
Your favourite part of the job?
“I love client content days. Being able to bring brands/ businesses to life through aesthetically pleasing content and using that to then showcase them new, awaiting audiences. “

“I absolutely love working with all my current clients and seeing their accounts grow week after week. So, I’m excited for that list to continue to grow and to have the opportunity of working with a variety of clients, in a variety of business sectors. “
