Business in Focus supports businesses across Wales. WCS Agency was appointed integrated marketing partner to lay the foundations for a multi-platform rebrand: replacing a dated identity with a modern, flexible brand, and repositioning the organisation as the trusted ecosystem leader driving SME growth and business resilience across Wales.

Strategy came first. Interactive brand workshops with the leadership team realigned organisational messaging and sharpened positioning before any design began. From there we built a flexible identity system, a 12-month rollout structured in three thematic phases, and the corporate publications that carry it, including the event brochure and sponsor prospectus for DSRC, Wales’s first Defence, Security and Resilience Convention, delivered alongside General Dynamics Land Systems, ADS Group and Welsh Government at ICC Wales.
