I have over 5 years of diverse marketing and PR experience, ranging from freelance social media management and web development to leading national marketing campaigns with clients such as Jack & Jones PLC at the agency.
In my current role, I develop and shape the agency's digital strategy, campaign planning and reporting, whilst working alongside the account management team to service our clients and produce impressive results for them through innovative and effective digital strategies.
I contribute to our agency's success by ensuring we generate forward-thinking campaigns with strategy and client objectives at the forefront and my genuine passion for campaign analysis ensures our reporting and analytics communicates the ROI and tangible results that we drive. I also manage client onboarding and work closely with our new business sector which is a key aspect of our ambitious growth strategy.

My journey in marketing began at a car parts supplier for Land Rover vehicles, where I served as a marketing executive for four years. This role laid the foundation for my understanding of marketing fundamentals. Parallel to this, I pursued a degree in Marketing Management, achieving First Class Honours in 2023. My path then led me to WCS, where I started as a freelancer in August 2022 and progressed to the role of Digital Marketing Account Manager by February 2023.
At the agency, my responsibilities cover a range of activities. I am actively involved in client strategy meetings, where we align our marketing efforts with client objectives. Additionally, I play a key role in our monthly content days, dedicated to brainstorming and creating strategic content. My duties extend to developing and implementing content strategies, ensuring they resonate with our audience and meet our clients' needs. I also handle various ad hoc tasks, including influencer management, paid advertising, and email marketing. Compiling monthly reports to track our progress and identify areas for improvement is also a crucial part of my role.
What I love most about my role is the opportunity to connect with the businesses that make our city incredible. Engaging with these businesses and hearing their stories is not just rewarding; it's what keeps the essence of Cardiff Life thriving. This aspect of my job keeps me deeply connected to our community and continuously ignites my passion for marketing.

I’ve been in the thick of content creation and social media marketing for over four years now. My journey has been quite the ride – working alongside some of the UK’s top names in various industries. Whether it’s bringing a wedding venue to life online or boosting the social presence of fitness enthusiasts, I’ve been there, creating buzz and building brands.
I’m the go-to person for crafting digital strategies that make a real splash online. It's not just about coming up with ideas; it's about steering our clients towards digital success and playing a pivotal role in the agency’s growth. Part of my day-to-day is also about getting hands-on with creating awesome content that really showcases what we're all about.
Honestly, the best part of my job is the team I get to work with. We're a bunch of passionate, driven individuals who know how to mix fun with serious client-winning results. There’s a real sense of support and camaraderie here. It's not just about doing great work; it's about enjoying the ride together and celebrating our wins, big and small.

I am a Digital Account Manager at WCS. In my role, I focus on overseeing our e-commerce businesses throughout the week. A significant part of my responsibilities involves analysing sales data to ensure that our strategic marketing efforts consistently contribute to driving sales to their respective websites. Additionally, my passion for content keeps me busy with tasks such as planning social media strategies, capturing content, and creating visually compelling social campaigns for an array of clients at the agency.Â
Even though I studied fashion marketing at University, my marketing career didn’t start until a could of years later when I got a job working for a Welsh Ecom Retainer in 2021. From TikTok and social media content creation to website management, packaging design and new product development this role allowed me to dig my teeth into every aspect of the marketing side of the business, as well as showing me the importance of a successful marketing strategy in today’s social consumer economy.
My favourite thing about the role is probably the diverse range of projects we get to work on. No two days are the same, and no two clients are alike. Working at WCS the marketing cogs are always churning to ensure each client receives the same level of creative output no matter what their sector, which can be challenging but also SUPER rewarding!!

I found my enthusiasm for marketing while running my own nail business back in Glasgow. It was there that I realized my true passion lies in Social Media Marketing, especially in the realm of content creation.
I thrive on using my innovation and creativity to turn everyday ideas into engaging Instagram reels, TikToks, and stories. I have a real knack for spotting trending content that connects with people and makes an impact.
Being a people person at heart, one of the things I adore about my role at WCS is attending networking and press events. I love meeting new people and exchanging innovative ideas – it's these interactions that truly energize me and fuel my passion for what I do!

At WCS my responsibilities include undertaking client meetings, conducting data-driven reports, managing client expectations, as well as content creation across all social media platforms.
