Chelsea has paved the way for the future of WCS and leads by example, taking time to nurture individual strengths to create quite the dream team of strong-minded, savvy marketers. With a penchant for branding, marketing strategy, and PR, Chelsea has masterminded countless client campaigns that have made WCS the award-winning agency it is today.
When she’s not overseeing the team and liaising with clients, Chelsea is making memories with her family and friends…preferably in a great restaurant with a glass of Champagne in hand.

My journey in marketing began at a car parts supplier for Land Rover vehicles, where I served as a marketing executive for four years. This role laid the foundation for my understanding of marketing fundamentals. Parallel to this, I pursued a degree in Marketing Management, achieving First Class Honours in 2023. My path then led me to WCS, where I started as a freelancer in August 2022 and progressed to the role of Digital Marketing Account Manager by February 2023.
At the agency, my responsibilities cover a range of activities. I am actively involved in client strategy meetings, where we align our marketing efforts with client objectives. Additionally, I play a key role in our monthly content days, dedicated to brainstorming and creating strategic content. My duties extend to developing and implementing content strategies, ensuring they resonate with our audience and meet our clients' needs. I also handle various ad hoc tasks, including influencer management, paid advertising, and email marketing. Compiling monthly reports to track our progress and identify areas for improvement is also a crucial part of my role.
What I love most about my role is the opportunity to connect with the businesses that make our city incredible. Engaging with these businesses and hearing their stories is not just rewarding; it's what keeps the essence of Cardiff Life thriving. This aspect of my job keeps me deeply connected to our community and continuously ignites my passion for marketing.

I have a degree in Law, but during lockdown, I found my love for all things digital marketing, particularly within content creation.
I have a passion for creating aesthetic content, both at work and in my spare time (you will always find me on CapCut!).
At WCS my responsibilities include undertaking client meetings, conducting data-driven reports, managing client expectations, as well as content creation across all social media platforms.
What I love most about my role is that no two days are the same, from creating content to client shoots, every day is exciting!

My marketing journey began by studying Graphic Design at college. I then took this love of being creative and combined it with an interest in strategy by studying a Fashion Marketing degree. What I love about marketing is getting to work with brands to strategise how we can take their marketing to a new level, and bring this to life with killer content.Â
Within my role, I work closely with brands, undertaking client meetings, creating in-depth reports and building strategies to transform their online presence. I get to work on a range of marketing tasks from email marketing, web updates to social media content creation. My favourite part of the role is getting to connect with incredible brands and being a part of their journey, helping them grow and build something they love.Â
My dream client would have to be the womens gym wear brand, Oner Active. I love how they make community the heart of what they do and have a powerful message behind them. Plus, I’m a big gym goer so that would be a dream!Â

My love for marketing started during my bachelor's degree in Media and Communication, I love the creativity and versatility marketing offers. The dynamic nature of marketing keeps each project fresh and exciting. My true passion lies in content creation, both professionally and on my social media channels. I thrive on crafting engaging content, and you can be sure anything I do outside of work will appear on my Instagram story or a photo dump. Â
As a Digital Account Executive at WCS Agency, you'll likely find me with my headphones on, creating fun content—CapCut is my go-to tool. You'll also see me juggling personalised client copy, working on campaigns, client meetings, managing client communications, boosting engagement and carrying out market research.Â
A dream client of mine would be, Rhode Skin or Refy Beauty. I admire how they're killing it in social media marketing, and I'm a big fan of their products.
